In the event that you provide us with Personal Data of third parties, you are responsible for having informed and obtained their consent to be provided for the purposes indicated in the corresponding sections of this Privacy Policy. Any loss or damage caused to the platform, the Data Controller or any third party through the communication of erroneous, inaccurate or incomplete information in the registration forms will be the sole responsibility of the user. 

COR EQUESTRIAN, as Data Controller, will process your Personal Data for the following purposes:

  1. Manage your registration as a user of the platform: the personal data you provide us will be processed to identify you as a user of the platform and give you access to different features, products and services that are available to you as a registered user.
  2. The development, fulfillment and execution of the contract of sale of the products that you have acquired. In particular, you should take into account the following: 
  1. In the case of having proceeded to purchase a Gift Card, if you provide us with personal data of third parties, you are responsible for having informed and obtained their consent so that, in accordance with the Conditions of Use and Purchase of the Platform, we treat your data for (a) the management of the shipment or the verification of receipt of the Gift Card, and (b) to attend to the requests that you or said third party makes to us.
  2. In the event that you have a Gift Ticket and want to process the return of merchandise associated with it through the platform, we will use your personal data provided through the return form for (a) the management of the request and processing of the collection of merchandise at home, (b) attend to the requests related to the Gift Voucher or the return that you may ask us, and (c) confirmation of the acceptance of the return and sending, by e-mail or other equivalent electronic means, of the Credit Card with the refund amount.
  3. Contact you via email, phone calls, sending SMS or other equivalent electronic means of communication, etc. in relation to updates or informative communications related to the functionalities, products or services contracted, including security updates of the Platform, whenever necessary or reasonable for its execution. 
  4. Address the requests or requests that you make through the Customer Service channels available on our platform.
  5. Respond to requests for linking your platform user account.
