COR Equestrian primarily sells clothing, accessories and other products related to equestrian sport.

The prices displayed in the online store will be those applicable at the time of purchase, except in the case of an obvious error.

For international sales, applicable taxes may vary depending on the destination country and current legislation.

COR Equestrian may change product prices at any time. Such changes will not affect orders already placed, except in the event of an obvious pricing error.

An order may be subject to payment authorisation or validation by the relevant payment service provider.

RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Consumers may exercise their right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable legislation and our Return Policy.

As a general rule, consumers have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to notify us of their decision to withdraw from the purchase without having to provide a reason, except where a legal exception applies.

EXCHANGES

At present, size, colour or product exchanges are handled by placing a new order and returning the original item.

LEGAL GUARANTEE AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

All products sold by COR Equestrian are covered by the applicable legal guarantee of conformity.

In Spain, new goods are covered by a three-year legal guarantee of conformity from the date of delivery, without prejudice to any additional rights consumers may have under mandatory applicable legislation.

If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at hello@cor-equestrian.com, providing your order number and the information required for us to review the issue.

Where a lack of conformity exists, the remedies and rights provided for under applicable legislation will apply.

PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNT CODES

Promotions and discount codes are subject to the specific terms stated for each campaign.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional codes cannot be combined.

COR Equestrian may cancel or reject the use of a promotion where fraudulent, abusive or otherwise improper use contrary to the campaign terms is detected.
